is equiped for your needs. We've done all we could think of to provide a useful space at a very affordable price. Listed on this page, you will find the Amenities available to you and your guests. Some are included with the facility rental and others have a nominal fee.


If you need something you don't see here, just ask, we might have it or atleast be able to point you to someone who does.

  Sound System   CD/Cassett Player, Remote Microphone, & Ceiling Speakers.  
  TV   Includes a DVD player & VCR  
  Projector   Can be hooked up to a computer, DVD player, or VCR (computer not provided).  
  Portable Easel   Comes with the use of a writting pad.  

Set up/Take down

  If you are unable, we can have all the chairs and tables set up where you want them for your event and take them down for you afterwards so you can worry about other things.  
  Table Cloths   These are provided simply as a convinence to you. If you have your own you are encouraged to use them.

Do you cater?

In order to give guests more options and keep prices low, we have eliminated our catering. Unlike many other event centers, WE DO NOT charge an outside catering fee! Feel free to bring in your own food or ask us for a suggestion of local caters we recommend. If you do choose to bring in food, you are personally responsible for the preparation, delivery, clean-up, and wholesomeness of the food and drinks you provide.


Can we serve Alcohol?

Alcohol is not permited on the premises.


Do you decorate?

We do not decorate but could put you in contact with a great interior designer who has worked in the center before.


Do I need a Deposit?

In order to reserve a date, you must put down a $200 deposit. The full deposit will be mailed back to you after the event if the center is left in a satisfactory condition.


Do I really have to clean up after the rental?
Yes. Part of the reason our Rates are so low is that we chose to NOT factor our cleaning crew into the cost of renting the facilities. For those who are unable to or just don't want to clean up after their event, we do offer full service set up/ take down at an addition cost and/or other cleaning will be taken out of their deposit. For everyone else, we just ask that the center be left the way you found it. Most guests agree that it is well worth the savings to clean up their own mess and its always fun to use our 'lawnmower' sized vacume.
